
After much toil and trouble, I have successfully merged our current translation with the latest version of Paradox (2.31)! You can access all of these scripts here at ArzorX’s new bitbucket branch.

So now you can use the current translation in version 2.31.

Is it only me or Game.ini fails check and aborts the process?
Things I’ve tried – extracted raw paradox 2.23 and executed patch in Japanese locale (also tried English locale). Followed the instruction video, also instruction file, nothing seems to work.
Can anyone suggest what might be the problem?

This is important: you must be patching a 2.31 game of Paradox. You can tell what verison you have by the number that appears on the top-left of the title screen when you run the game. If the version number is anything other than 2.31, you’re playing an outdated game and need to acquire the latest one. If you’ve purchased this game before on DLSite, you can redownload the latest version without having to buy it again.
At this point, your MGQ Paradox folder should only contain the files you extracted from the .zip package it came in–nothing else, not even save files. If you have save files, please move them out of the folder until you have successfully translated your game.

but even though first time I hear about that.
Try to patch the game in another folder, since I remember hearing of problems when you try to patch it from the desktop or your main HDD can cause some problems because of the permisions.

Thanks ArzorX, I was able to extract game successfully.
But, as soon as I enter Monster Castle from my previous save, White Rabbit dialogue is still in JAP.
I’ve tried reentering the castle (as mentioned in guide) multiple times, but it’s still in JAP.
Is there any specific event that I need to trigger for translated scripts to load successfully?

That’s because the new collab event triggers as soon as you enter the castle, so don’t mind that dialogue we are currently working on translate it.
