Exactly, what I’m no exactly sure if they add all the date events since (check the link of my previous reply) they said that Alice, Ilias and Sonya weren’t elegible for voting because they are already have one. But checking the files I couldn’t find any of those 3 only the one for Alma. Maybe I didn’t check correctly and all the 3 of them are there.

To access that you need to Finish Amabie sidequest, Cassandra sidequest and another sidequest I don’t remember right now. But be warned that parts aren’t translated yet.
